Workshop with 6 UE, taught in English

You are an international student at the University of Hohenheim and need some help feeling at home in Germany, then this workshop is for you! This workshop takes into account that getting along with the Germans is not just a matter of knowing every detail about the German culture. It is aimed at international students who want to gain means and ways of how to deal successfully with Germans in everyday situations and who need to familiarize themselves with the specific requirements of intercultural communication. Through role play, group discussions, and real-life examples, you will practice how to handle cultural misunderstandings in Germany. By the end of the session, students will know means and ways how to cope with intercultural conflicts and know more about the German culture.
