Target Group: Academic advisors, student support staff, counselors, international office staff, and other university professionals who regularly interact with students in English.
This practical English course is designed for university staff who support, advise, and guide students in academic and administrative contexts.
Participants will practice handling common advising situations, which are required for their areas of work. This will be done through individual coaching sessions where you can work on the language that you specially need for your area of work and situation. Attention will be given to vocabulary, empathetic communication, intercultural know-how and managing challenging conversations in English.

Language Level: B2 and higher

Format:
Online: Group Hello and Introduction session October 21, 12:00-13:00
Onsite: Two individual coaching sessions (1 hour each) to meet your needs to develop your specific language skills. You will arrange your own individual sessions with your trainer.
Group Wrap up and Takeaways: January 20, 2027 12:00 -13:00
